‘After being advised by our insurers that our extractor fan and hood, must be cleaned and serviced, we tried to find someone to do this. We made lots of calls to friends and asked our insurance brokers but we were having trouble finding a company to do the work required.

Finally we found someone who said they would come and have a look. Two weeks and 3 telephone calls later we still had not seen anyone. We were then told a national company carries out this work, we contacted them and they visited and gave a quote.

This is where our luck changed, as by chance, we met James who told us what he did. Firstly it was fantastic dealing with someone local, secondly, a small business. Finally and most importantly his work was amazing and the cost was 40% off the national!!!!!

James was professional throughout and showed enthusiasm, energy and willingness to help the customer. Ten out of Ten. Keep up the good work.
